Chat Box Adjustments

Suggestion description: Add chat box dimension option

Give the option to increase the chat box height (and width). This way when the chat gets busy (people spamming or multiple people having multiple conversations) you could increase chat box height so messages don't get pushed up from excessive chatting. Multiple times where others have to repeat themselves because their messages go so fast due to other activity in the chat box.
