Been asked before and I am pretty sure I fixed the fire version of this set (combined it into 1 file with it's textures), not sure where the ice version is.
Safe to say this should be added eventually since the files are done, but I cannot promise when.
Confirmation; I fixed this set into 1 file back in March.
If someone has the icethorn files I can add those in our pile of things to do (should be a few minutes of work if I got the files).
