The EXP Boost isn't working at Quest. We get low EXP and it's very hard to reach level 99.
Changing the EXP/Making the EXP boost works at Quest will be better.
(no h8 comments about questers we want exp m8)

Exactly.. i purchased two skill rings + i have cat in hat and after equipping this all i get the same Exp as before..it was total waste of 10 event points for me and no outcome out of the items in quests.. and yeah please bring act 9 back!! :)

Pretty sure if you look at your rank on fgunz.net copy the total xp in a notepad, do a quest, let the rank update and do the math;
