HELP (important)

I MADE THIS ACC JUST TO POST A NEW THREAD
I HAVE A PROBLEM AND I REALLY NEED HELP ..
I OPEN THE LAUNCHER .. TYPE MY ACC .. THE PROBLEM IS .. AFTER I ENTER MY CHARC AND I ENTER ANY ROOM WITH PEOPLE IN IT (LIKE TRAINING ROOM) . WHEN I PRESS "START" I ENTER THE MAP NORMALLY .. WHEN I SEE ANYONE OR HEAR THEIR (reloading - slashing ..) VOICES .. MY WHOLE FGUNZ WINDOW TURNS OFF AND I COME BACK TO MY DESKTOP ..
PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP .
things i did to get rid of this problem :
-re-installing the game = nothing changed
-asking for help in the game (from players in the lobby) = nothing changed .
SO YEAH
ILL BE PLEASED IF SOMEONE REALLY HELPED ME = )

Can you go to your fgunz folder and see if there's a mlog.txt and gunz.dmp? If so, upload them please.
