A fix to conversion of event points for vip members

doesnt make sense that an uneven amount of event points prevents me from converting when the ratio is 1:2, can you fix dat pls

I am sure Dave can fix this.
Also it would only make sense that this applies for VIP (hard to hand out .5 coin XD).

I am sure this will be fixed in about 6 months from now

i anticipate this to be a problem to a broad community of players in exactly 6 months therefore i have suggested this now.
