So to start with, I barely know how to use blender but I really enjoy modelling, I plan on modeling a variety of weapons from anime and games and uploading them for fun. Not bad not bad! If you want to model for GunZ specificly I suggest to keep guard cyclinder at 4 up to 6 vertices (if you ever want to port hem into the game).
Keep it up, the more you play around in 3D the more fun it will be!
