To clear things up, the Duel Tournament Component will open after the weekly reset since this component is based off of the last week of December not the second to last week of December.
When the weekly reset occurs this thread will reopen. When it reopens this component begins.
Reset Occurs at 06:00 AM CET (12:00 AM EST)
