If you read the convo, you find out its about the "swap" thing :)
i'll let the other gm's decide about this.

People are allowed to make any name they want to. I don't take any name into consideration for delete unless they are mocking another player or a GM. And even in that case I would still have to ask Dave what should be done about it.
Also, he reported the attempt to swap, as you can see that it is "xBrazzers" that made the thread reporting. Also, I don't think anything is wrong with the name "****ing_nub". If he calls himself that then I guess thats what he wants to be known as.
