Suggestion Type : Balance the Limit breakers.
Limitbreaker/X and Tourney Shotgun damage from 10 to 9 ,delay from 1000 to 950/900, bullets from 5 to 6.
Limitbreaker/X and Tourney Shotguns are overpowered and not balanced at all (and yes I use Limitbreaker/X both myself, giving me a huge advantage of players who don't have them).
They would still be worth buying because of the delay and the amount of bullets but they'd be more balanced towards players playing without them.
i totally disagree with that ... the rarity those shotguns have are waaaay over the top for them to have 9 dmg with 950/900 delay thats not even close to good not a tiny bit .. i think they are totally balanced because having their dmg lowered wouldnt make players want it so nobody would care and nobody will spend coins on lucky boxes just to get an item thats a bit better than red sgs (said red sgs cuz they are now the best sgs in the game after lb/lbx/tourney) so no i dont think so
the whole sgs need to be rebalanced n fixed whats this stupid ass s/h/l sht on sgs or w.e bring back v7 and make pioneer and breaker8 n 9 great again

The advantage is not as great as it is now I agree, but definetly not as tiny as you claim it to be.
Lucky boxes will still be bought for the limit breaker because of the delay and the 1 extra bullet advantage which I think you heavily underestimate. Besides that people still will be interested in buying boxes for Katana X, Cat in the Hat or Blades of the Warrior.
Rarity shouldn't be a defining factor towards item stats on this game, if all they should make these limits less rare in the first place. I've bought at least 400 boxes in an attempt to get a LBx but ended up empty handed and eventually got gifted one.

The damage weren't a big deal to deal with back then when you had 90 Uber Candy Med Pack and about 145~150 HP and 135~140 AP, Shotties even used to be 11 dmg !!! But this is what happen with nerfing over n' over especially when the devs nerfs something you bought with cash.

Disagree. I know people that spent hundreds to get the 2 shotguns, plus they were nerfed already.

and the most important part is, higher the hp/ap that is giving u 7 hp and 7 ap. increasing it to 20 hp and 20 ap.
donor sets right now is + 25 HP and + 105 AP ! and the mask for vips are 5 + HP and + 21 AP.
(decreasing the sets AP to + 105 to + 95) and increasing the ( + HP 33 )
(and the mask for + 7 HP and + 24 AP)
for me thats all what i see, and the pioners and the golden shotgun like the breaker 5 -6 idk what that was but that gun should be at level 70 UP, and the p9 shotgun should be at level 99, the pioneer is for level 80 ++
Meds should be high clip: repair kit 5 is currently 6 aswell the medkit is 6. adding + 1 for each total of 7.
and repair kit 5 and medkit 5 needed to be remove, and needs to be refunded.
those kit like repair kit 5 and also the medkit 5, needs to be remove, and adding back the repair vials and the medkit vials 4 clip each, u know what i meant the one that is like speed vials.
and idk what the other one is called, it's like u can get 15 hp from it, the one that u can rapidly heals u.
thats all i guess. I know it's not easy to balance stuff, but thats just what i see from the game that is needed to be added in game. It's because of the majority of the gunzplayers knows that kits and stuff like that, It 's not gonna be pay to win? when u can actually aim ingame. and since there's a free luckybox i think it should be fine with those. XDD

@Traumatiser : I agree Uber Candy Meds Kits needed to be removed, many players had them that's why I bought them, it was 400 coins (If I recall correctly for x1 45 Candy) this item was literally a pay-to-win item and totally unfair. But it wasn't fun seeing HP/AP getting nerfs and the high priced LB going from 11 to 10. If donators items are/were same strength as non donators items that would makes no-sense, why getting them ?
And today, our players are lucky they can get 1 Lucky Box everyday and 100 coins every 10 days. I played this server a sh*t tons of hours I didn't had this chance back then.
Anyway HP/AP are so low (In my opinion) getting donors or not makes no difference. And if there's "X" noobie/bad player says "Ohhh you win because you're a donator noob EZ!!!" You could (An example not for real) give a 15 dmg shotty to that QQ Kid he would probably still lose against a 9/10 dmg shotty user xD
2.) My 2nd idea would be having some extra or less HP/AP regarding our K/D that would make those noobs BR somewhat usefull instead of being 0-22 in a TDM game full of pros. And the pros that enjoy to brag about themself, how strong they are, how good they are, if they're soooo good with their 2.0+ K/D ratio, I guess having a few HP/AP less wouldn't mind them, they could even brag even harder "Ahhhhh! I own you all and I have less HP/AP then you all"
Or you could let the game unchanged for those with a ratio of 1.5 K/D+ and every one under 1.5 K/D gets a few extra HP/AP regarding their actual K/D so in other word a player with 1.3 K/D should have more HP/AP then someone at 1.5+ but the dude at 0.7 K/D should have more HP/AP than the dude at 1.3 K/D and vice-versa
Let's say you're 125/100 (Naked) it could looks something like :
1.5 K/D+ unchanged (125/100)
1.5~1.4 K/D +3 HP/+3 AP (128/103)
1.4~1.3 K/D +3 HP/+3 AP (131/106)
1.3~1.2 K/D +3 HP/+3 AP (134/109)
1.2~1.1 K/D +3 HP/+3 AP (137/112)
1.0~0.9 K/D +3 HP/+3 AP (140/115)
0.9~0.8 K/D +3 HP/+3 AP (143/118)
0.8~0.7 K/D +3 HP/+3 AP (146/121)

Like this it would make the game great and fair for everyone, regardless their skills/ratio !

I'm using that option in Super Smash Bros if I'm playing against weeker players, otherwise the match would be 1-sided only =/ Which sucks for the other dude that might end up saying "Let's do something else or play another game" just like it's happening on FGunZ I know the game itself is very old, 2019's Kids prefer Fortnite, LoL, Dota, etc. But I've been playing GunZ since his 1st launch and I can tell that many of my friends or old friends stopped playing the game, not because the game is bad, only because it was way too hard for them and they weren't having fun getting blown up and wait 3-5 minutes for the next round to start and then getting blown up again... Spending 2 hours mostly watching your team play as spectator, feeling worthless, getting insulted by his own team doesn't make him/her wanna stay much on. You guys are humans, you know and I guess you can understand what I'm saying here.
If we want to make GunZ least a little bit longer while it can, today in 2019, with some players fresh or old meats. I do think my suggestion deserve to be thinking about and upgraded with other's suggestions to it.
(I'll make a thread for that if I want the devs to hear about it, maybe a idea like this already been suggested in the past and got rejected)
I like your first idea, I dont like your second one tho. Pro players will just get a bad K/D on purpose to get that extra health.
Ahhhh yeah... =/ Didn't thought about smurfers or players making their K/D lower on purpuse hummm maybe there could be some way to restrict that, like if your K/D change drastically in no time, the server could put a maximum either you go 0.1 up or 0.1 down once per day or per 3 days or per weeks allowed.Quote:

10 dmg for a shotgun with current HP/AP is just way too high. It was sorta fine on release of V8 cause the gems somewhat balanced out the additional damage. But right now you can just 2 shot.
The server needs a rebalance of pretty much all weapons imo, you should not be able to 2 shot a player from full to zero, should be 3-4 full PBs, that gives you a chance to recover if you e.g. get backstabbed, instead of just getting instakilled
balance is v7
One 9 dmg sg with 6 shots and one 10 dmg sg with 5 shots both 1k delay would be the craziest fix to everything. most of these comments are aiming toward handicapping the better player. Server needs to first work on fixing the rng shotgun spread because i can give/take 80 dmg shots mid range when it should only do 40 or 50 at max

The crazy rng spread definitely needs to have priority before fixing the shotgun damages. I remember there was actual progress about the spread a couple months ago. Don't know why it got pushed to the side.

Both bases are understandable and - while less RNG sounds like a good thing at first - it's clear why further increasing / widening the skill gap is actually a bad idea. If you don't have a high amount of players you don't want to seperate them further.
Maybe Dave/McSic should just reconsider the balance patch they made with all the shotguns.
Adding Light & Heavy shotguns could have been a good idea back in the day when there was larger player base.
As of now there are only a handfull players (IDK Anyone) using either one of those making them (Light & heavy sgs) pretty much untouched. Which is a shame knowing that great shotguns models are not being used because of their limitations.
By balancing the Limitbreaker/X's (And other shotguns) I was hoping we could get a little bit IJJI vibe that most of us loved.
With the damage/delay/ammo suggestion I was hoping to turn the Limitbreaker/X into how the pioneer worked back then.
Also I was hoping to reduce the amount of 3/4 shotting on the current server, cause of right now it's way to easy to pull them of.
To give you guys an idea about how ridiculous the Limit breaker/X's damage is currently.

I think there's already a pretty clear gap between the players, the skilled players usually stick to CW (when there's anyone available to) or rotation TDMs or Duel, they're very rarely in AnD rooms or big Garden TDMs. Skill isn't just about aim so there will always be this gap with these 2 groups existing, that's how the GunZ community always has been.Quote:

Rebalancing the shotguns doesn't nearly take as much time as fixing the spread issue, could be done within a month and will slightly reduce the spread problem (Less damage taken, more time to recover from spread problem).

You could also apply this recommendation for a time period because doing this in a test server is problematic when youre not gonna get more than 10 players online at once, make changes for like a week or a month and see how players react, and make changes accordingly.
Eh I don't think this will work since cws are pretty much dead on fg... so even when there aren't any cws going on, "good" players want to play a tdm/duel or something to not get bored. Maybe if we had constant cws with a higher playerbase this wouldn't be too bad I suppose.Quote:
