His Account got Hacked.

Hi there I got a friend who asked for help ingame
His Coins disappeared as he said he got hacked.
He said His other chars were deleted and created new char with that special char name ^9 on last and i cant pm him ofc or copy his name cuz of that special name, he created alt char named: Leener and brasiIIio* http://i.imgur.com/S9vt9Ny.jpg
His ID is fail301 *he told me to do this*
Please help him ASAP.

Shouldn't have account shared or downloaded hacks.
