I do not think you are able to buy them, i think you receive them from lucky box, but than again I am not a donator so I am not 100 percent sure.
well i CAN buy them.. id just rather get them cheaper from someone who got from lucky box xD
lucky box items have expire dates on them. (excluding limitbreaker) so if you want to keep your donors it would be best to just buy them from the shop.
It's not allowed to sell or buy anymore on this forum o.O
