I left your case alone since that is really personal preference and made sure the power supply was modular since I suspect you want that particular feature. All well known brand names.
This gives you plenty of headroom for upgrading the video card later down the road.

Ryzen likes the higher speed for 1080p and since you have a 144hz monitor it makes sense. Up to you though.
