Bad Streamer with Lag

on forums i saw -^3cyanide^A-^H started stream and later he changed account and sharing cyanide acc!!
and he streaming with lag 240p and lags in game!

I checked IP logs, doesn't seem like he is sharing account. Will get back at you for the stream issues.

If the user streams in poor quality again feel free to report him, will keep an eye on streamers from now on.
