Problem with sounds

when even i do a movement which requires a sound
the sound is enabled like in a delay
for example if i dash i dont hear the dash straight away i hear it a second after
same for shotting reloading walking and what ever
also i can see the chat box forum on a phone but not on computer

Check the audio options ingame. Try different options, hardware support should be the option you're looking for.

Sounds problem fixed with restarting computer and cleaning dust.

Try a different forum design/style (@ bottom left)

in my experience the second problem could be related to antivirus/extensions on your browser not allowing the chatbox to be displayed, try those. also try using different browsers, or restart your router.
