Forced lag/death avoid has been reported multiple times

Force lagging and death avoiding

Has had multiple warnings in recent times and yet proceeds to continue to perform same actions.

I'm not here to aim the particular individual, just here to enjoy my session on the game and he/she disrupts it by going against the games rules.

That's not the definition of forcelagging, he was -- ping to you but he could see others, that was an issue between the connection of both of you.
Also, how can you say he was avoiding death if you clearly couldn't see him and there's not evidence of him doing it in that replay?
