Add some new transaction.

Hello to all i am Angelo and i have an a good idea to this server by giving an another transaction like PeraPadala , Some players ingame whispering me to approach the new Transaction to add PeraPadala in Donations ... This is example Attachment 10082 that is the kind of transaction we have then i clich Cebuana padala then this is the information i got Attachment 10083 ok its fine now... If we have this transaction our server will be grow by donating some money ... some filipino players ingame dont have Donors and he/she have to be a donors by donation that transaction ... If you have some question just reply and i will answer all those question thank you.

If u want to have that transaction please choose yes but if u dont want just choose no.

Unfortunately we can't just add a new method, especially not if it's only available in 1 country.
