DMG reduction items working in Cosmetic Slot.

Suggestion description:

All the head parts we get now are kind of useless given all questers use the CITH.

Also donation sets are no longer viable for questers, would be nice if they work both in the cosmetic and main slot. <3

Done in next update.

It will now consider cosmetic slots as well. If you have quest clothing equipped in both slots, it will check which piece has more damage reduction and use that for your total damage reduction.
