Dunno what it is

Since I came back, I keep spiking all over the maps constantly. However, my ping is just stable.
I did speed tests, and it shows steady 40d/40u, I play the other server often and I don't spike at all there.
Dunno what's the problem, someone help.

Sorry for such a late reply.

I remember you saying something about a lot of your uni mates using the same WI-FI and due to this it reduces the speed of your connection to the server which is what's causing the spikes/lags.

I have heard this before that some people starting to lag/spike here because they also have other servers installed.
What you could do is run the vcredist_x.exe in /redist folder and see if that could help you fix the lag or spike for Freestyle GunZ, pretty sure someone tried this before and it worked like a charm.

Yes fam, but the university is not that stupid to implement such slow internet and make it hella slow for the students tho.
Whenever I do a speedtest during a spike, all I see is a stable speed with 2 ping ms.

Just to assure if that actually works, I'll immediately do it once I feel like a spike happens.
