Hello there,
Since v8, I've been having "AE" issues in clan war matches, which annoys me and my opponents. I tried Port forwarding by adding "Virtual server" on my router's settings. (and it didnt work)

I dont know if I have done it correctly. (I took the private IP from cmd > ipconfig)
Any help?!

Pardon my lack of knowledge on this, but do you think maybe it can be something being blocked in the files? Like maybe some aspects in the files of the games are being blocked by firewall or an antivirus program? I'm not familiar much with this but for my own experience if the game is blocking me from something it's my firewall, so go on firewall and make sure that the applications which are blocked are allowed on the firewall (for example like my launcher was blocked so I had to add that file to the allowed section of firewall). I'm sorry if this doesn't help but I hope it somehow does! Hope you resolve your issue soon.

If you're using windows 7:
1. Run cmd.
2. Type /ipconfig.
3. Copy your "default gateway" and paste it in your browser.
4. Click the forwarding tab ---> "add new servers".
5. In the "IP Address" put your local IP Address.
6. Click "Save".
