Looking at the replay it doesn't appear that the user is macroing which I'm going to assume is the reason you're reporting as he fails to elunge 3-4 times. Players are also free to lunge/elunge as many times as they wish so long as it is not done using a macro or third party programs.

There is no rule that prevents people from e lunging, but if you are reporting him for using macro I see it's a pure gameplay no macro is detected from the shown evidence. If you feel suspicious about anyone feel free to report.

Players are allowed to e-lunge just not using a macro. Macros can only be used in rooms like Training. Using macros in any room that gives you EXP is punishable.
