Red indicator when shooting someone

Suggestion description:
so i think we should get a red indicator when shooting someone so we know our aim is on someone like if ur aim is on someone it should show up red for the crosshairs instead of showing nothing and just a still image crosshair this would make the game a lot better

That's the main reason for disabling xhair color change on enemy detection, highly doubt it's coming back to it's default state if ever.

Okay well they should add more crosshairs options then lol cos they doodoo right now
