Shorten the AFK time in game rooms.

Suggestion description:

Apparently the time you can afk in a gameroom is 15 minutes, a lot of the times when playing a game, especially large ones like Garden TDM for example, teams are very unbalanced because people tend to afk in gameroom. which makes people quit sooner due to stacked teams or people have issues with switching teams. Suggestion would be to shorten it to 1 or 2 minutes. If they need longer than this to change equipment for example, they can change in the lobby tbh.

This would have to come with 1 condition:

1: This doesn't apply to games that have yet to start. Only games that are ongoing. This way you avoid people getting kicked that are in the process of creating a room, but also rooms that are made in the event channel.

I'll be moving this to Have Been Added. Due to "Reduced game room AFK auto kick time from 15 minutes to 5 minutes", which seems to have reached a reasonable AFK time in game room, if it needs further refinement, can be done at a later date (its not 1-2 minutes but better than how it was).
