I can't join the game

So I download the game cuz I wanted to start to play again but this error show up

This means you need to run as administrator.

I might not understand spanish but I did understand this.

1. Run the application as administrator; or
2. Turn off/change user account control (control panel> user accounts> user accounts> change user account control settings> drag the slider down (click me for e.g.) > ok)
