incentive to play duel tournament

Duel tournament is very fun when its alive, and since there are a lot of duel rooms on a daily basis, it would be great if there was an incentive to play Duel Tournament. Lets say you add duel tourney wins to the 2 weekly reset and give 100 coins to the player with the most points, you give competetive players a place to go when there are no CW's.

Duel Tournament has a lot of potential in my opinion.

How would we properly advertise this though? People might not be aware of it if I do add it to the weekly competition.

give everyone who log in a popup that says it, and possibly make text at the top of the ui of the lobby that says "duel tournament now gives rewards" etc

if you really do want to advertise it, fgunz frontpage (where it currently says the antilead is updated), add it to the weekly competition, forum, game launcher. Eventually word will get around

ideally you would want duel tournament in the general channel list, its easier to see if people are in the duel tournament channel

I support this suggestion, it could improve DT activity.

Neat suggestion, would love to see this implemented.

One way to reach out to players who don't use the forum is to make use of the popup at character selection that you use to announce the CW score reset.
