The crosshair dont Work ?

Hi all, I make this post to tell me how I fix this error.

When someone pointed my gun looks does not change color always stays the same, like the custom crosshairs

Then the problem I can not aim well because I did not realize when I have to shoot i have here some screenshots

_pick also known as crosshair when you're aiming at someone is indeed disabled.
We don't have any plans yet on enabling it in the future.

Crosshair_pick.png is disabled to prevent people from using so called Shotbot (3rd party program).
