Decrease smoke response time

I would like to request that we lower the time it takes smoke nades to go off. Currently it takes 5 seconds to start having an effect. I think 5 seconds is a bit too long. I personally use them when being rushed by an opponent. Smoke myself, and wanting to stun them while they are inside the smoke.

The only problem with this tactic is that 5 seconds is just too long with the fast movements inside of GunZ. By the time the nade goes off the fight has already begun or yet, has ended. Yes, you can argue that you can just throw them out even earlier, but GunZ is already difficult to predict player movement/actions/reactions making it difficult to judge when to toss ahead.

I am suggesting to lower the time it takes to start producing smoke to half of the original timing. I believe two and a half seconds is a better time frame. It's not instantaneous nor is it too sluggish. Right in the middle!
