Chatbox Improvement

I know I've suggested this b4 and it was denied, but that was 4 years ago, so maybe opinions have changed, taking that in to consideration, I think Its a good idea to re-suggest this!

Suggestion description: Option to enable black transparent box around text, this is useful because it would make it easier to read the in-game chat. At some resolutions/brightness and lightmap + archetype its difficult and even sometimes impossible to read the chat.

Quite useful especially when you're playing skillmaps with white background and still have to find a colored block or some shit as a background for the chatbox to see ;.;

Add scrollable chat (more than last 5 messages visible), chatbox tabs (tabs for whispers, clan chat, team chat, etc) too please

Added in next update + an option to change the transparency of the chat background from 0 - 100%.

Awesome, the transparency option is a nice touch, didn't even think about that.
