Suggestion description:
Add a forum BBCode which allows you to type the User ID of a forum account so that it will properly format the user's user group and link accordingly so for instance something like my username will display as:

[USER="145719"][/USER] would output the following: justRelax

Whenever the user updates a post by either editing the post or making a new one, this BBCode is reran to update for user group changes, name changes, style changes. This could be useful for various threads / lists.

Also the tag could be [USER="<id>"][/USER] or [MEMBER="<id>"][/MEMBER], whichever one doesn't clash, however the same general idea. (USER or MEMBER)
