Command to announce clanwars

Suggestion description:Make a command to announce clan wars , 1-5 min cooldown

Example -> /clanwar announce -> 'Bible has requested clanwars'

if its 1-5 minutes its gonna be abused literally all the time, make it like 20 minutes atleast because usually you dont cw alone and your partner(s) can announce again if necessary,

or instead a global timer that says any player can announce every ~10 minute, if it hasnt been 10 minutes, whoever tried to use the command will get "cws were announced recently. try to wait abit" or something.

they could just make a command to disable the cw announces, so those who aren't interested in cwing don't get bothered.
Something like
/cw_notifications off - No clan war announces
/cw_notifications on - Shows clan war announces

I think a better option would be if a clan is queing up it automatically sends a message to all players using /cw_notifications on "Clan1 is queing up for 3's but hasn't found an opponent yet" (with some sort of cool-down system, so if a clan ques multiple times in an x amount of time it won't get sent in order to prevent spam).
