Smoke Nade tweaks

Make it so that the enemy player is not able to see the enemy player's name when pointing their crosshair through smoke. This way the player using the smoke nades can actually use them tactically to hide within the smoke for sneak attacks.

However, keep it so that the player USING the smoke nade is able to see the ENEMIES names (and any damage being inflicted) through the smoke. If this becomes a problem/abused, simply remove being able to see names/damage through smoke all together.

Edit: On second thought I'd support this idea if it meant NO players could see through smoke on either side.
