Extreme offensive language (beyond just swears) and lying for reason to kick

IGN of reported player: CariatZ

Reason: Uses offensive profanities. And votes to kick for no reason, often lying about the reason. (Voted to kick me for cheating in Atk and Def even though my team was on the attack...). In the screenshots, you can see him raging and telling people to hit "y" even though the person was sitting since the teams were unbalanced.
I'm unfazed, just thought you wouldn't like someone going around talking like this and trying to kick people for no reason.
