Delete config.xml. Backup first before you delete it. Also it might be because of your resolution that was applied in the config.xml doesn't fit with your current monitor resolution so deleting it might work pretty well

This has nothing to do with the config.xml to start with, although I've transferred the config.xml file from my PC to my laptop, that's how the change from the first code batch to the second code batch happened.

But for it to crash upon opening... like what gives?

I even tried reinstalling, but then again, still crashes on my laptop...

Thread can be closed now... it somewhat has been ''fixed'' and honestly don't know how, but it's working somehow.
If it comes to do the same errors, I'll just make another thread about it, but hopefully someone finds a proper solution to this.
