Well, Here are a Few Things you should try.

1) Restart GunZ

2) Check Your Internet

3) Check Your Internet Strength (Low, High, Ver High etc)
*You will probably want it to be on...

You are on wifi obviously,I had the same problem.
Try turning of your router and then magic happens ;)
