I am using Win 7 and I have to update files manually everytime a new update comes ... anyone else facing the same problem ? Good Job with the update though !!

I had the same problem with 'model' and 'loadable' files. It gave me the same error 'Patching has failed'. However I manually downloaded the files and now its working fine.

The new update hasn't solved the issue for my friend. Redist file installed, GPU and DirectX are updated. It was working fine till the last update (ever since the problem of missing files started).

A friend of mine is having the same problem. I updated all the missing files for him but after pressing Play Now nothing happens.

Same problem for me. Updated 3 times, my anti virus ( Microsoft Security Essentials) doesn't show it as a threat but after 3 files get updated and I click on Play Now the loading screen appears and...

Have you checked the Spam in your mail ? Sometimes the confirmation link goes there.

Yes, I use a 3G modem. I tried downloading another gunz to check and that one worked fine with the settings and modem I have currently. I'm waiting to start here as my friend plays on FGunz.

Same issue here. My friend told me about FGunz so I downloaded it. I haven't yet been able to login :(

New member. Same problem. Just got this gunz on my PC and it keeps saying Authentication Failed. No firewall or AV problems. It installed and updated fine but I can't login. Hope I can play soon.
