Ive tried that aswell. and if im trying to go back to fullscreen the game crashes

yes. i selected my character and the screen just went black
restarted the game and my pc,tried to delete the config file aswell. didnt work.

windows 7
created a character,went into the game and all i can see is black screen(but i still hear the background music)
any solutions?
