It isn't like hosting an event would be that much of a difficulty per se (speaking from experience, been developer at 2 servers, co-owner at 1 and GM at 1 in the past), I don't know why you would...

The server already has a few skill based maps, people usually use town just as a place to hang out at, imagine it like a hub, henceforth in these cases people do not seek to improve their platforming...
