They should exclude people from voting who are in room so people that are in game can...

People who don't press y or n will be automatically N. And if the Y and N are tied the vote will be rejected. So people in room(or in inventory) being afk are auto N. Don't think the counter would be...

Bring down the delay of pmeds/regular meds. Someone can get to full health with pills while getting chased, by the time he used all of his pills you only dropped like 2 meds on the ground.
