im using windows xp and when i get in the server i keep lagging and i cant get in a game cuz when i press start game nothing happen but screen lag and the only thing i can do is use the chat and if...

i have some problems
1)the server keep crashing with me
2)and every time i try to get in the server by the launcher it keeps downloading .fgz files
