Bots would behave differently when a macro like a speedy dagger slash is used, but when a macro that repeats an advanced k-style is used, a player can easily hide it by making the moves timed...

Aye looking good but do you reckon a chamfer on the hammer head would go a long way to make it look more realistic while only adding 12 polygons (24 if we talking triangles)?

If such an automatic system is going to be added its almost guaranteed to be the version with shortcuts, since you cannot take onto account every shortcut on every map with checkpoints.
