1. Did you Try Uninstalling, and re installing the client?
2. Have you tried, disabling your firewall before running it?
3. Have you tried to add permissions in the security tab to Svchost.exe
4....

Did you try restarting your computer, if not do what i do, google it :D

Angelic, i had the same Problem, just uncheck it, and sumbit, then go back and check it then sumbit again.

Instead of doing that why dont you replace it and see if that helps, ( its worth a try )
