I fixed the problem myself. I just uninstalled all the drivers and restarted my pc and it worked.

When I plug in my headphones it still shows speakers and I put the volume to 100 and it's in the right socket Idk whats going on.

It still will not work.

The only thing that is disabled right now is my samsung TV and I checked this already only speakers are enabled.
