There's no way at the moment, it's a little bug in the client. It will be fixed in the next update.

FPS has nothing to do with the server, if any it's the client.

There's currently a little bug which makes it impossible for GunZ to save the FPS limit variable.
If you check your FPS limit settings and set it to 250 or something, is it fine then?

I'm sure you can imagine that it will be hard for us to figure out what's causing this when it works fine to most of the other players.

We're looking into the issue at the spawn, although it shouldn't be that big of a deal to the players.
We're also aware of the FPS limit not being set correctly.

I had the same FPS issue on my laptop before the update, this update fixed all of that on my laptop so I'm not sure what's causing it in your case.
