Yea thats the thing i turned it off yesterday and restarten gunz several times it just doesnt go away

First of all i cant get rid of my jjang, it is turned of on the site but i still got it ingame. Second thing when i upload clan emblem it does show on the site but it doesnt show ingame :S Help pls
