Yes it's a bit bugged at the moment. Will be fixed in the next patch.
Accurate? Well obviously it will not be as good as a normal P2P connection because with forcenat all your traffic goes through the server which means it adds an additional delay between the sender...
In the next patch, the sniper scope delay will be reverted to what it was before and the damage > distance will be increased.
It's impossible to know what kind of impact certain things have on a live situation.
Probably related to the bug with roomtags.

Most people have 200-240 (HP+AP combined).

Those complaining about the sniper damage, we will adjust the damage/distance ratio in the next patch.
All your traffic will go through the server, so no one will be able to grab your IP in-game.
Since all traffic goes through the server, it adds an additional delay to all traffic = higher ping.
