Says for me 250 by 250 or 250kbs... im new to this gif thing so its not making much sense to me, also I didn't know VIP had that for forums and stuff xD Might just have to get vip next week and try...

I don't get how it would make forums any slower. slowness has to do with the persons net. if this would make the forums anyslower why not delete the how many accounts that's not even in use sense...
