Whatever you do pls for the love of god actually make hair/sets/whatever you gonna make, actually FIT the character model because 85% of the cosmetics do not which makes them look dumb on all...

They can already make their rooms with level restrictions so high level players cannot get in, but as you stated, they will just make a new character an still join an smack anyone in that room so it...
