Yeah, game's biggest aspect is PvP.

PvE isn't really challenging at all tbh; nor is it rewarding, hardly any economy.

As much as I dislike playing against snipers; I wouldn't say they lack in any form of skill as those who really know how to use snipers are actually very skillful which is somewhat painful to admit....

C:\Program Files (x86)\Freestyle GunZ > Locate Config - Delete it > Run the launcher.

It's known as "Config" in your folder but it's extension is XML.

Find "Config", delete it and run the launcher and it should hopefully fix the resolution issue as well the client not starting up;...

Right-click the launcher on your desktop > Open file location - Should be able to locate the logs there.

Potential fix could be to delete config.xml, run the launcher let it re-create it and...
