Never discourage people to use the report function.
It is up to the staff team to figure out what is worth while, yes annoying.. but having a penalty on "troll reports" won't benefit them either.

At DG we had this working, deriving from the /hide command for GMs and the death cam from any TDM mode.

Your main focus should be old gunz players since "new" gunz players are either non existant or a species yet to be discovered.
