How to forgot when i only have 1 anti virus ?

i tired uninstall all my anti virus still same problem

I don't have gunz launcher, it auto deleted after i install fgunz

i disable all my anti virus and firewall before i do the download

The thing is after reinstall they auto delete my gunz launcher i cant run admin or even click anything in the folder

I reinstall and i have this stupid problem.
