Just randomly goes -.- half of ppl ae, but i cant talk to most and after sometime theyr back to normal

Lately its been happening, that sometimes every1 turn ae, i see them moving
but they dont see me or otherway. Happend a lot a week ago, but now its been happening
fewer times.

Thing is a guy from argentina (in duel) not hitting any hits, but all guys die, and those "non hits" are usually pbs.. his ping isnt big,, only 150-160.
